great product This is an A+ dog tag, it's like having an smart watch, functions well. I tried it last night and it worked as expected, no flaws or anything that is disappointing. With this, I can locate my dog easily. the only down side is the battery life, but what the heck, 6-9 months is already long, and battery can be replaced.

perfect for your pet Very happy with this product so far. It is about the size of a quarter, lightweight, and attaches easily to the collar. My dog is small, about 15lbs, and I didn't want some big heavy object that would bother him or make him want to bite it. This is perfect in that regard. My neighborhood has a lot of pets, and I've seen too many lost pet posters. I hope to never lose my dog, but at least this will help locate him if it ever does happen.

Perfect for shared care of a pet I bought this for our household dog. He's technically our landlord's dog, and he's the primary caretaker - he takes the dog out for most of his walks, makes sure he's fed, takes it to the vet, etc. But the rest of the household sometimes shares in walking the dog. The thing is, we all have very different styles of dog-walking. The landlord and I tend not to keep him on a leash, while our flatmate prefers otherwise. To keep everyone's minds at ease, I figured it might be a good idea to have some sort of failsafe device in case one of us really does end up losing the dog. The tag itself is very attractively designed and easy to clean. I had some slight concerns about its durability, especially since our dog likes to play rough with other neighborhood dogs, but it is holding together nicely. It's also quite light - not a huge concern for a big dog like ours, but might be something that works to the benefit of owners of small dogs. The companion app is pretty useful for household sharing of pet care tasks. Our landlord is the primary caretaker, but he often goes on business trips. When that happens, my flatmate and I are able to share tasks via the app. Good for keeping track of those little things like making sure you don't feed the dog multiple times by accident. Overall, it's made life with a shared pet quite a bit easier. I feel the benefit of that far outweighs my concerns about the tag's durability. I'll update this review if the item should break.
