Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.
Q: Why isn’t my tracking link working?
A: Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to update after your order is processed. Please allow some time after receiving your shipping confirmation.

I haven’t received my package — what should I do?
If your order seems delayed or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, don’t worry — we’re here to help! Please contact IndigoPetCo customer support 24/7 at Contact@indigopetco.com with your order number so we can help you track your package and provide the most up-to-date shipping information.
My tracking says “Delivered,” but I haven’t received my package — what now?
We want to make sure you and your pet get your order as soon as possible. If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but the package hasn’t arrived:

Check with neighbors or household members to see if it was accepted on your behalf

Look around entrances, porches, mailrooms, or garages

Contact USPS/FEDEX directly using your tracking number (provided via email)

⚠️ Please note: IndigoPetCo is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed.
The post office can’t find my package — what should I do?
If the local post office is unable to locate your delivery, please reach out to us at Contact@indigopetco.com. We’ll do our best to assist and help resolve the issue with your shipping carrier.

📦 Orders & Shipping Information
I haven’t received an email confirmation for my order — what should I do?
Order confirmation emails are sent once your shipping label is generated and packaging begins. Please allow 24–72 hours for your order to be processed.
If you do not receive a confirmation after 72 hours, contact our support team at Contact@indigopetco.com.
⏱ Note: Processing times may be slightly delayed due to health and safety protocols. You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
A: Unfortunately, no. Once an order is placed, we cannot update shipping details. Please double-check your shipping information during checkout.
IndigoPetCo is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Q: Can I update the shipping address after my order has shipped via USPS/FEDEX?
A: We are unable to reroute or change shipping addresses once an order has been processed or shipped.
Please make sure your delivery address is accurate when placing your order.
🔁 Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations after an order has been placed.

Exchanges are only allowed for non-personalized, non-customized items.

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item arrives defective or damaged.

If your product arrives in defective condition, we may send a free replacement.

The customer is responsible for providing a return shipping label if an exchange is approved.

We do not offer extended warranties. No product is guaranteed to be indestructible.
❗ Do not return items without contacting us first — unapproved returns will not be processed.
